    Under Review Locke Maps drop rates

    Adding broken gems to Locke Maps lowered the drop rate of the good items you normally get from Lockes. Suggestion: remove broken completely from Locke Maps, or upgrade them to Cracks/Chipped gem. Locke maps are supposed to be the best maps in game vs OSS/NSS
